New Members of the Smoky Quartz Team

The editors of Smoky Quartz are thrilled to announce that two new volunteers are joining our team. First, Corinne Chronopoulos is joining the editorial team as a coordinator and editor. Her writing has appeared in Aegis, University of New Hampshire’s undergraduate literary and art magazine, and Smoky Quartz. Corinne has served as a public librarian for fifteen years and counting.

Also joining the team is Layla Thomas. Layla is a creative writing student at Southern New Hampshire University where she is the Co-Editor-in Chief of her school’s newspaper. Layla will be involved with a variety of tasks in creating the next issue.

You can learn more about Corinne and Layla on our website’s Home page.

We’re fortunate to have Deborah Murphy, our current editorial manager, continue with Smoky Quartz to mentor Corinne and Layla, and to help with the next issue. Thank you, Deborah!

Please help us welcome Corinne and Layla!

We’ll be sharing more news about the next issue of Smoky Quartz later this month.
